Tomado na edição de junho de 2003 do Coup de Pouce.Eu tentei esta receita e é muito bom.No tempo de preparação, há 15 minutos incluídos para o tempo de marinada.

Em uma tigela misture: azeite, suco de limão, alho, tomilho, sal e pimenta.Adicione os pedaços de frango e misture bem.
Deixe marinar por 15 minutos. (Você pode preparar os pedaços de frango até essa etapa e cobrir com filme plástico. Eles ficarão bons até 24 horas na geladeira).
Prepare o churrasco ao fogo médio-alto. Retire o frango da marinada e coloque-o em 8 espetos de metal (ou espetos de madeira, mas embebidos em água), alterne com os pedaços de pimentão verde. Coloque os espetos numa grelha untada e cozinhe. a 16 minutos ou até que o frango esteja dourado e não fique rosado por dentro. Vire os espetos de frango de vez em quando.
