Ingredients: 200 gramas de queijo asiago; 200 gramas de queijo asiago; 2 colheres de sopa de cebola verde picada (ou use uma cebola branca suave e picada); 2 colheres de sopa de alho picado; 1 colher de chá de orégano seco; 1 colher de chá de flocos de pimenta vermelha esmagados; 1 colher de chá de flocos de pimenta vermelha esmagados; Azeite extra virgem de 3/8 litros

Eu não tenho idéia porque isso é chamado G.L.O.P.nor eu sei se significa nada. O que eu sei é que isso é viciante! Esta é outra receita de um dos meus maravilhosos colegas.

Retire a casca do queijo e corte em pedaços de centímetro.
Pulso de queijo em um processador de alimentos até o tamanho de cascalho de ervilha bem. (Isto foi como a receita foi escrita. Você quer pequenos pedaços de queijo, como o tamanho de doces Nerds ou talvez um pouco maior).
Coloque o queijo em uma tigela e junte a cebola e o alho.
Adicione o orégano esfregando-o entre os dedos para liberar o sabor.
Adicione pimenta preta e azeite extra-virgem e misture bem. (Se estiver usando flocos de pimenta vermelha, adicione-os nesta etapa.).
Cubra e deixe repousar 4 horas à temperatura ambiente.
Sirva em biscoitos ou rodelas de pão.
