Eu tinha um pouco de purê de maçã caseiro para usar, então eu criei essa receita no local. Honestamente, eu não me incomodei em medir os ingredientes enquanto estava colocando isso junto, então sinta-se livre para brincar com os valores.

Coloque todos os ingredientes no liquidificador e bata até ficar homogêneo, cerca de 45 segundos a 1 minuto.
O smoothie provavelmente não vai precisar de qualquer adoçante, mas se isso acontecer, adicione um pouco de mel ou açúcar a gosto.
Para uma versão menos espessa, adicione mais iogurte ou suco.
